360 Grad untersucht Trauma als individuell und kollektiv verkörperten, transitorischen Zustand und öffnet den Diskurs für dessen tabuisierte Tragweite und Bedeutungsdichte auf gesellschaftspolitischer Ebene.
Trauma als Dysregulation des Nervensystems und damit physischer Imprint ist in den Facetten von Scham, Schuld, und gefühlter Wertlosigkeit in jedem Individuum zu einem gewissen Grad am Wirken und nicht nur Angelegenheit weniger einzelner welche Kriegs(flucht) oder Vergewaltigung erlebt haben. In der Psychologie spricht man von Entwicklungstrauma vs Schocktrauma.
Während der Corona Zeit wurde in einem Zimmer des damaligen Wohnorts der Künstlerin 100m Theraband mit Ringschrauben als raumgreifendes Netz installiert in/um welches die Performance aufgezeichnet wurde.
Die Arbeit 360 Grad ist eine künstlerische Recherche und Auseinandersetzung mit den Themen Neuroplastizität, Polyvagaltheorie und individuelles/kollektives Trauma und stellt mutig Fragen nach einer Gesellschaftsutopie die nicht mehr aus „Kompensation von Traumamaterial besteht“.
